jack finished his first week of daycare today. he’s only in three days a week, but as we discovered that was enough for his parents to worry about him. many of the other infants are about to phase out and move into the toddler room so jack looks really small amongst all these kids that can walk. reagrdless, he still maintains his wonderful personality. we also discovered that barely three days of daycare was enough for jack to pick up a cold from another snotty-faced kid and pass it along to his parents. please pass the tissues and cold medicine. thanks, snotty-faced classmate of jack.
awhile back i think i mentioned that we needed to by another car. well, yesterday we made the full transition and bought another carseat base. two cars, two carseat bases for jack. dad drops him off in the morning in the CRV and mom picks him up in the afternoon in the Civic. also on the target run was a baby gate, a bathtub toy organizer in the shape of a duck of course, and electrical outlet covers. the baby-proofing has begun.
